Monthly leases are available for a variety of locations across the Pittsburgh Area. View monthly parking rates. 

To apply for a lease at your preferred location, please go to www.parkerbill.com and fill out the online application. When applying, please choose locations in order of preference.

If there is a waitlist for the location you have selected, you will be notified that your application has been added to the list. You will be notified by email when your application has been accepted.

There is no obligation if you change your mind later. Wait time for a lease is determined by the number of cancellations/terminations of old leases.
