See below for our Code of Conduct and Tailgating Policies, as well as game day pricing.
Tailgating Policy – Updated September 18, 2024
- No tailgating is permitted in garages
- *Per Pittsburgh Authorities, no open flames are permitted and nothing is to be placed on the ledges of the garage. Failure to comply could result in revocation of your parking privileges and/or monetary fines.
- Moderate and responsible tailgating will be accepted in surface lots
- Parking management reserves the right to curtail or prohibit gatherings that adversely affect traffic and safety within the lots
Directed Parking Policy:
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all Pittsburgh fans and visitors, we utilize a Directed Parking Policy at all North Shore parking lots.
What does this mean?
- All vehicles will be directed to a specific parking space by our attendants. This ensures that parking is as efficient as possible while eliminating traffic passing through parts of the lot that are out of space for vehicles and crowded with fans enjoying tailgate parties.
- Spaces will be sold for parking of automobiles only. No spaces will be sold or permitted to be reserved for any other purpose. This helps provide as many parking spaces as possible to fans arriving to enjoy the game or tailgating.
Why do we enforce this policy?
- Safety First: By guiding cars into spaces, we protect all fans, especially pedestrians, from accidents and traffic chaos. With thousands of people walking to and from the stadium, having a controlled parking flow reduces the risk of someone being injured.
- Maximize Parking Availability: Pittsburgh is proud of its dedicated fans, and with limited parking spaces, this policy ensures that we can accommodate as many fans as possible while still accommodating the tradition of tailgating.
- Efficiency: Force parking helps us keep traffic moving smoothly, minimizing long waits and frustration as fans arrive at the stadium.
- We appreciate your cooperation in following this policy so we can provide a safe, efficient, and enjoyable game-day experience for everyone!
Parking Lot Code of Conduct
