Steelers Pre-Sold
Steelers pre-sold parking is sold by the season only. Any available individual game pre-sold parking is available HERE. There is very limited game day cash parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any available Steelers Season pre-sold parking is posted exclusively on our website at the beginning of June each year. You may download and complete an application form at that time.
Handicap parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are a limited number of handicap spaces in all of our lots and garages. Pre-sold handicap parking is not available.
You may login to your Steelers reserved parking account by visiting https://secure.alcoparking.com. Once at the secure website, enter your username and password.
You may download an Account Transfer form by logging into your Steelers Pre-sold customer account. Click on “Forms” and choose “Account Transfer Form”. Complete, sign, and return the form to the Reserved Parking department at presoldhelpdesk@alcoparking.com . Or mail to:

Steelers Game Day
All lots and garages open 5 hours prior to kickoff. You may not enter the lot, or form a lineup prior to that time.
Overnight parking is not allowed. All patrons must exit the lots within one hour of the event concluding.

No. A vehicle must be in every space. If you are using a space for tailgating, the parking attendant may ask you to move, and ultimately, ask you to leave the lot.
No. Due to the small number of parking spaces available on the North Shore, we cannot accommodate oversize vehicles.
The vehicle must be able to fit into the parking space, and the parking attendant must be able to fit a vehicle on either side, as well as the front and back of the vehicle.
Baseball
Yes. The parking pass for the game that was rained out may be used for the rescheduled game, as well as any weekday games (Monday – Thursday).
All lots and garages open 4 hours prior to the start of the game. You may not enter the lot, or form a lineup prior to that time.

For anyone using a handicap hanger tag, we suggest using the Gold Lot 4 (link to page: GOLD LOT 4).
Pirates pre-sold parking is available through the Pirates ticket office at 1-800-BUY-BUCS, or through your Pirates sales representative for season packages only.
Pre-sold parking for single Pirates baseball games is available at https://www.parkwhiz.com/.
Daily commuter cash parking is not available during Pirates daylight games. All North Shore locations are closed to daily commuters on daylight baseball game days. Monthly leaseholders will be notified on a game-by-game basis.
Cultural District Event Parking
Parking reservations for Theater Square are done through the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership. You may fill out the online request form at: http://www.downtownpittsburgh.com/getting-around/parking/reservation. Pre-paid parking for the Benedum or Byham theaters is available through your box office representative. Pre-paid theater parking is available for our 350 Oliver Avenue, Theater Square, Sixth & Penn, and Market Square garage locations.
